The Process

Here’s How It Works

Choose and Order a Package

Select the service package that best
suits your needs and place your order.

Onboarding Form:

Once we receive your order, our Customer Support team will send you an Onboarding Form to discuss your needs and preferences.

Please ensure that you have given your virtual assistant all the necessary details.

Listing Drafts: Provide the listing info in a Google Doc and photos of the listings in a Google Folder.
Crosslisting: Sign up for the Crosslisting App, connect the marketplaces for the listings to be crosslisted, and the marketplaces where the listings will be crosslisted. Send a list or screenshot of items for crosslisting.
Listing Optimization: Provide the link or URL of the listings to be optimized, or allow your VA to choose items randomly from your store.
Product Research: Specify the type of items to be researched and any specific styles, brands, or criteria.

After receiving and approving your order, you can have your virtual assistant (VA) create or
modify the listings in your store. This process involves granting your VA access to your store.
