Grailed Cyber 2026 Sale: Enroll by Nov 16 to Participate

Grailed Cyber 2026 Sale: Enroll by Nov 16 to Participate

Grailed sellers have until November 16 to join the Cyber 2026 Sale, a 14-day promoted event during the holiday rush.

You choose your discount, and Grailed will apply it to your eligible listings from November 23 through December 6.

The form takes little time, but the commitment is bigger than it looks. Once you enroll, you lose some control over your prices, your new listings, and which items get marked down.

In this guide, we’ll explain what the Grailed Cyber ’26 Sale is, how the discount will work, and how sellers can enroll in the Cyber ’26 sale.

Dec 7, 12:59 am ETDiscounts endGrailed restores your pre-sale prices

Grailed doesn’t announce a cutoff time for November 16, so don’t wait until that night. Submit the sale opt-in form earlier in the day, or sooner, to stay safe.

How to Enroll in the Grailed Cyber 2026 Sale?

You can easily enroll in the Grailed Cyber 2026 Sale by submitting a Google Form. Grailed sellers who don’t submit the form by the deadline won’t be included in the sale.

Here’s exactly how sellers can get themselves enrolled in Grailed Cyber Sale:

1. Open the Cyber ’26 Sale Seller Participation Form.

2. Enter your Grailed username and the email address associated with your Grailed account.

3. Choose one discount: 10%, 15%, 20%, 30%, 40%, or 50%.

4. Read the Cyber ’26 Grail Sale terms & conditions, then confirm that you agree to them by clicking the check button.

5. Lastly, click the “Submit” button to submit the form.

It’s important to note that you pick one discount for your whole Grailed closet. The form doesn’t allow you to choose different discounts for different items, so choose a discount that works for your lowest-margin eligible listing.

Don’t submit the form yet if you still plan to raise any prices. Your price freeze starts the moment you send it.

How the Grailed Cyber 2026 Sale Discount Works?

Only Listings from the Last 90 Days Qualify

The discount covers items listed on Grailed in the 90 days before the sale begins, which means roughly August 25 onward.

Older Grailed listings appear to sit outside the promotion, so your older listings can’t be a part of the cyber sale.

Grailed doesn’t clarify whether bumping or relisting resets that 90-day clock. Ask Grailed Support if you want older listings included, because you shouldn’t assume a bump will qualify them.

The Discount Stacks on Earlier Price Drops

This is the rule most likely to catch sellers off guard. Grailed applies your discount to the latest listed price, so any earlier drop makes the final price much lower.

Say you first listed a jacket at $150 and later dropped it to $120. A 30% sale discount brings it to $84, which is 44% below your original price rather than 30%.

So don’t choose your discount by looking at original prices. Look at each item’s current price, then work out what you’d receive after the sale discount.

Your Prices Return Automatically

Grailed will restore discounted items to their pre-sale prices when the Grailed 2026 Cyber Sale ends.

So, you don’t need to reset prices yourself, but this only covers items captured by Grailed’s system.

That limit matters for anything you list once the sale has started, which leads to the rules below.

Grailed Cyber 2026 Sale Rules Sellers Should Know

RuleWhen It AppliesWhat to Do
No price increases on included itemsFrom the day you submit the form until the sale endsFinish any increases before you submit
Delete items you want to protectBy 11:59 pm ET on Nov 22Remove them, since you’re responsible for this step
No new listingsNov 23 until the sale endsPublish before the sale or wait until it’s over

Deleting Is Your Only Way to Protect an Item

The Grailed Cyber ‘26 Sale terms and conditions give you one clear way to keep an item out of the sale: delete it before the deadline. You can’t simply mark a listing as excluded on the form.

Before you delete anything, save its photos, description, and measurements. That way you can quickly list it again once the cyber 2026 sale ends.

New Listings Carry a Real Risk

A listing published during the cyber sale may still pick up a discount, yet Grailed’s tool won’t restore its original price afterward. You could end up selling at a lower price without noticing.

Grailed may also strip the discount or remove the listing itself. If new stock arrives during the event, photograph it and save the details, then publish after 12:59 am ET on December 7.

This is the hidden cost for sellers, because the freeze covers two of the busiest shopping weeks of the year. If you list new items every day on Grailed, weigh that lost listing time against the extra exposure.

Which Discount Should You Choose?

A bigger discount may attract more buyers, but it can erase your profit faster than the percentage suggests. That’s because your item cost stays the same while your whole discount comes out of your margin.

The table below uses a $200 listing that cost you $100. It applies Grailed’s current fees for a domestic, Stripe-onboarded seller using a Grailed Label, before any other costs.

DiscountBuyer PaysGrailed FeesYour ProfitSales Needed to Match One Full-Price Sale
None$200$25.47$74.531
10%$180$22.97$57.031.3
15%$170$21.72$48.281.5
20%$160$20.47$39.531.9
30%$140$17.98$22.023.4
40%$120$15.48$4.5216.5
50%$100$9.98-$9.98Never

The jump from 20% to 30% looks small on the form, but here it nearly doubles the sales you need. At 40%, you’d need more than 16 sales to match the profit from one full-price sale.

Your own numbers will differ, so run this check on your lowest-margin eligible item. If the profit looks too thin there, choose a lower discount or delete that item before the deadline.

Watch the $120 Fee Line

Grailed’s commission falls from 9% to 6% on sales under $120. A discount can move an item below that line, and a tiny price change beforehand can leave you with more money.

Take a $150 item with a 20% discount: it sells for exactly $120 and pays you $104.52. Drop the list price to $149 before the sale, and it sells for $119.20 but pays you $107.40.

Check any item that would land just above $120 after your discount. A $1 price cut could earn you almost $3 more, thanks to the lower commission.
