Sidekick By Poshmark Protools grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use our service strictly under the terms of this Agreement.
These Terms and Conditions are a contract between you and Sidekick By Poshmark Protools, the Sidekick By Poshmark Pro Tools website provider, and the services accessible from the Sidekick by Poshmark Protools website.
You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these T&C, please do not use the Service. If you violate any Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel your account or block access to your account without notice.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our app and/or website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers, and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment methods in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
We’ve updated our Terms & Conditions to provide you with complete transparency into what is being set when you visit our site and use our services. By purchasing any of Sidekick’s packages, you agree to allow Sidekick to access your account and perform shares on your behalf. You assume responsibility for providing access to your account using the provided password. Sidekick By Poshmark Protools is not responsible for any delays or disruptions in order completion due to revoke access, account status changes (blocks/bans/etc), Poshmark service interruptions, or other factors out of our control.
Sidekick By Poshmark Protools has no responsibility or any other factors that may affect the performance of your Poshmark business, such as your inventory characteristics, the number of items you have for sale, listing descriptions, and photos, etc. We are not responsible for any operations of your Poshmark business like sales, shipping, merchandising, etc.
We run and monitor our systems 24 Hours per day, 7 days per week – all year round. Our developers are on hand to make sure any changes to the app or our systems are done promptly and professionally to cause the minimum of any downtime.
However, there are times out of our control that we may experience system interruption or downtime. We will endeavour to keep you updated during this time.
Compensation is awarded on a case by case basis. We are not obligated in any way to provide compensation for, but not limited to: Service maintenance, service down time, server and/or hardware failures that result in service interruption. Software or hardware upgrades that require service restarts and/or interruption in service.
Posh Sidekick reserves the right to deny compensation to any false claims of service interruption or claims of interruption that appear to be false as investigated by an employee of Posh Sidekick.
We will not require your billing information to sign up for a FREE TRIAL. Unless otherwise, you decided to upgrade and subscribe to our regular packages, then you will be required to input your billing information.
By providing us with your credit card number and associated payment information, you agree that we are authorized to verify information immediately. You agree to immediately notify us of any change in your billing address or the credit card used for the payment hereunder. We reserve the right at any time to change its prices and billing methods, either immediately upon posting on our site or through email.
If you register to any of our recurring payment plans, you agree to pay all fees or charges to your account for the Service in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time each fee or charge is due and payable.
No contract exists between you and us for the Service until we accept your order by a confirmatory e-mail. You are responsible for any third-party fees that you may incur when using the Service.
We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss your concerns. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
You must notify us of your request to cancel your subscription at least 48-72 hours prior to your next billing cycle.
We will provide a refund for the current billing cycle if you cancel within 72 hours of the start of the billing cycle.
If you forget to cancel your subscription and have been charged for more than one billing cycle, we will only refund the last month paid subscription.
We will not provide any refunds if you fail to cancel your subscription and leave us unaware that you no longer wish to continue with our services.
Please note that if you cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle, you will retain access to our service until the end of that billing cycle but you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. However, we do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining days of your current billing cycle.
