On Depop Website
1- Log in to your Depop seller account.
2- Then, click the profile icon on the top right of the screen.
3- Next, click “Your Selling Hub.”
4- After that go to Sell > Sold. There you will find receipts for all sold items.
5- Then, click “Mark as Shipped” on your sales receipt.
6- Finally, include the tracking number.
On Depop App
1- First, log in to your account on Depop app.
2- Next, tap the “Shop” icon on the bottom of the screen.
3- Then, move to the “Sold Items”
4- After that, select the item that you want to mark as shipped.
5- Lastly, tap the “Marked as Shipped” button and enter the tracking number.
What Will Happen If I Forget to Mark the Item as Shipped?
If a seller does not add shipping tracking and mark the item as shipped on Depop then he will receive the payment but after 10 working days from the date that item is sold.
However, if the buyer raises any issue regarding the order then Depop will hold the payment until the issue gets resolved.
It’s also important for you to know as a seller that you will not be eligible for Depop Payments Seller Protection if you haven’t sent an ordered item using tracked shipping.
