For listings posted before January 18, 2024, with buyer-paid shipping, the new prices will update automatically. However, it might take up to two weeks for these changes to show up.
The good news is you don’t have to do anything to update shipping on your existing listings. Even better, you’ll still enjoy around 39% savings on shipping costs for items weighing between 0.25 lb to 50 lbs compared to what carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx charge at retail prices.

You should also know that Mercari prepaid labels come with Shipping Protection. This coverage ensures you’re protected for up to $200 for standard, economy, and Media Mail shipments or local deliveries. Additionally, First-Class Envelopes are covered up to $20.
