How to Cancel an Order on Poshmark as a Seller?

1- Open the Poshmark app on your phone and tap the profile icon on the bottom right of the screen.

3- There, find the order that you want to cancel and tap on it.

1- Tap the profile icon on the bottom right of the screen.

How Long Do I Have to Cancel an Order on Poshmark?

You can cancel an order on Poshmark within 3 hours of placing it, as long as the seller hasn’t already shipped the item.

However, if the item has already been shipped or it’s been more than 3 hours since you ordered the item, then here’s what you can do.

1- Cancellation of Order After 3 Hours

If more than 3 hours have passed, you won’t be able to cancel the order yourself. You’ll need to contact Poshmark support and explain the situation. They may help in order cancellation if the seller hasn’t shipped the item.

2- Cancellation of Order that Never Got Shipped

If the seller doesn’t ship your order within 7 days, you can request to cancel the order, and Poshmark will issue a refund. If the order is unshipped even 21 days after the order placement, Poshmark will cancel the order automatically from its end.

How Long Does It Take Poshmark to Refund a Cancelled Order?

Poshmark’s refund time varies based on the payment method.

If you paid with a credit or debit card, refunds usually take one billing cycle.

For orders cancelled on the same day they were placed, the transaction might be voided instead of refunded, showing as “pending” and disappearing within a few days.

If you don’t see a refund after one billing cycle, check if you were charged initially.

Refunds for Posh Credits or Redeemable Balance are processed within 1–2 days.

If you used PayPal, the refund will appear in your PayPal balance. For cards linked to PayPal, it may take up to one billing cycle to show on your statement.

Does Poshmark Automatically Cancel Orders?

Yes, Poshmark will automatically cancel any order that has not been shipped to the buyer within 21 days of the order placement.
