On paper, it’s the Swiss Army knife of reselling tools. Whether every blade actually works is what the rest of this review is about.
How Does Vendoo Work?
To understand Vendoo and why it sometimes fails, you need to know how it works under the hood.
Vendoo is not fully connected to every marketplace through official channels. Only a few platforms, like eBay and Etsy, offer official APIs that tools can plug into.
For the rest, including Poshmark and Mercari, Vendoo works through a Chrome browser extension. The extension opens each marketplace in your browser and fills in the listing forms for you, like a very fast robot typing on your behalf.
The workflow looks like this. First, you create a master listing inside Vendoo with your photos, title, description, and price. The AI listing enhancement tool then drafts the title and description for you to speed things up.
Next, you pick which marketplaces to post to. Vendoo maps your item details to each marketplace’s categories and required fields, you give each one a quick review, and the extension publishes them.
Finally, Vendoo’s sale detection watches for sales. When an item sells on one marketplace, it’s supposed to delist the item everywhere else so you don’t sell it twice.
Here’s the catch with the extension approach: it depends on marketplace websites staying the same.

Does Vendoo Have an App?
Yes. Unlike browser-only tools such as Crosslist or PrimeLister, Vendoo has native mobile apps for both iOS and Android.
The app lets you photograph items, create listings, crosspost, and track inventory from your phone.
It currently holds a 4.5-star rating on the Apple App Store across more than 2,600 ratings, which is genuinely solid.
That said, the mobile app doesn’t replace the desktop setup. Some automation still depends on the Chrome extension running on your computer, and app reviews mention recurring bugs after updates.
So, think of the Vendoo app as a strong companion for listing on the go, not a full replacement for the desktop workflow.

The AI Listing Enhancement tool (included in Growth plan and above) drafts SEO-friendly titles and descriptions from your item details, so you only do a quick final review.
You can also import your existing listings from any supported marketplace.
If you already have 500 items live on Poshmark, Vendoo pulls them in and preps them for crossposting to eBay, Mercari, Depop, and others.
Sale Detection and Auto-Delist
When an item sells on one marketplace, Vendoo detects the sale and removes the listing everywhere else. This prevents double-selling — the nightmare of selling one item to two buyers.
Vendoo markets this as its standout feature, and when it works, it’s genuinely useful. Cancelled orders hurt your seller metrics on Poshmark and eBay, so an auto-delisting feature is worth real money.

Marketplace Sharing and Auto Offers
Poshmark sellers, pay attention here. On the Pro plan only, Vendoo shares your Poshmark closet automatically and also supports sharing on Depop and Grailed.
Pro users can also auto-send offers to likers across six or more marketplaces. Offers to likers are one of the highest-converting moves on Poshmark, so automating them saves real time.
The catch: both features are only included in Vendoo’s most expensive plan at $59.99 per month. Sidekick Tools offers you almost the same automation features for just $29.99.

I spent a lot of time digging through the internet to find out what resellers actually think about Vendoo — beyond the glowing testimonials on its homepage.
To be fair, there’s plenty of genuine praise. Vendoo holds a strong overall rating of 4.3 on Trustpilot, and happy users consistently highlight the friendly chat support, the inventory tools, and the active Facebook community.
One Trustpilot reviewer named Gabriel Bejenaru described “endless amounts” of sold items that Vendoo never delisted from other marketplaces.
Items were sold twice to different buyers, and Gabriel had to apologize and cancel orders, damaging his seller reputation.
Even worse, he said Vendoo support suggested the fix was to leave his computer running overnight so the software could catch sales.
Another one-star reviewer named Janet N put it bluntly in her Trustpilot review:
“I would never ever trust this company ever again. Their one single job is to detect sales and delist items. The software FAILS to do that! Every Vendoo paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial, but a credit card is required, and you’re billed automatically on day 14 if you don’t cancel.
Now for the fine print I think every reseller should read before entering a credit card number.
Annual plans are locked and non-refundable. You can’t modify an annual plan until the cycle ends, and Vendoo’s policy states it doesn’t refund annual plans at all.
If Vendoo stops fitting your workflow in month two, you still have to pay through month twelve.
Refunds for problems are situational. Vendoo doesn’t refund for “personal reasons” or once you’ve used your monthly features.
Refunds for software failures are decided case by case, and as the reviews above show, some sellers say they were denied a refund even when core features failed.

Is Vendoo Worth It?
After testing the platform and reading through the reviews, my answer is: it depends on how many marketplaces you actually sell on.
If you’re a true multi-platform seller — four or more marketplaces with thousands of listings — Vendoo makes a strong case.
The number of marketplaces supported is unmatched, the unlimited-item pricing rewards volume, and the inventory and bookkeeping tools genuinely replace a spreadsheet-and-sticky-notes system.
For that seller, even the Growth plan at $29.99 can pay for itself.
But I’d still go in with a safety net. Given how often sale detection failures come up in reviews, spot-check your other marketplaces after every sale, at least for the first month.
Also, start on monthly billing (never annual) because Vendoo annual plans are non-refundable if things go wrong.
If you mainly sell on one or two marketplaces, especially Poshmark, the math gets much harder to justify.
The features that actually move the needle on Poshmark — automated sharing and offers to likers — only come with the $59.99 Pro plan. That’s about $720 a year for a generalist tool!
