However, there are two exceptions worth knowing.
1. Sellers have to pay shipping when a package weighs more than 5 pounds.
2. Sellers pay shipping when they choose to offer discounted or free shipping to close a sale.
Note: Poshmark charges 20% commission on the item price only. The shipping fee is not part of the commission, so you never pay 20% on shipping.

Notice that Poshmark sellers only pay the difference between the standard shipping label and the upgraded one. Your whole order still ships in one package.
The 15-pound tier is brand new. It opened the door for heavier listings like winter coats, denim bundles, and small home goods.
Poshmark Canada runs on separate shipping rates. Buyers pay C$12.49 for Canada Post Home Delivery, or C$6.99 for Purolator Pick Up if the seller enables it.

Starting on day 8, the Poshmark buyer can cancel the order and get a full refund by selecting “Order is delayed” under Problems/Order Inquiry.
